Business Development Manager role for a hugely successful, privately owned logistics business based in the Manchester.
As an established player in their respective space, our client offers a one stop shop for their clients across a range of different sectors. Covering all types of transportation from road, sea and air they operate across the whole of the UL and Europe. With customer service at the heart of the business they pride themselves on impressive retention rates and a hugely satisfied customer base.
After a hugely successful 5 years, the business now have an exciting 3 year growth plan in which year 1 targets have already been hit. With brand new, fully refurbished offices in the North West they are looking to add a new Business Development Manager to their team to join them in the next phase of growth.
As Business Development Manager, you will join a successful team and report into the Head of Commercial. You will be responsible for winning new business across a large range of sectors in the UK and Europe, and will look after these accounts until they are fully on boarded.
To be successful in the role of Business Development Manager , you must have a proven track record of delivering new business in the logistics sector. You will be expected to be in the Manchester office two days a week, so a Northern location is preference.
Up to £45K + £5K car allowance, uncapped commission scheme and benefits.
