My client are a leading property management business offering market leading services for investors, developers & occupiers. This position will be integral to the exciting development of my client's corporate cleaning business, an area unrivalled by their competition.


The role as Business Development Manager will have the following roles & responsibilities;

  • Research & develop market intelligence to maximise business & sales opportunities
  • Become an integral face of the business in this sector, creating and building a loyal contact network
  • Drive current accounts, maximising revenue and long term value for clients
  • Create new business opportunities across the B2B channel
  • Build strong new & existing relationships both over the phone & in person
  • Work well with internal stakeholders to deliver set sales plans & strategy


The successful Business Development Manager will have the following suitable profile;

  • Strong experience in Business Development
  • Experience in the Corporate Cleaning sector is required
