This opportunity is perfect for a new business hunter with a hard services or utilities background. This sales professional must be comfortable talking to the highest level of decision makers and negotiating high value contracts.

  1. Comply with and actively embrace the company approach to health and safety guidelines
  2. Embrace and deliver on the business values, principles and 'fit for future' objectives
  3. Achieving Sales Targets and Other Deliverables
  4. Ensure that all administration and written documentation, bid input, technical proposals, etc, produced by oneself is of an excellent and professional standard
  5. Develop and demonstrate an understanding of the market conditions/technical developments and associated implications for the business within target markets and geographic region.
  6. Maintain knowledge of products, solutions and services, key competitor offerings, target market analysis and regional developments in terms of intelligence of activity.
  7. Accurate Weekly Forecasting of new business opportunities & pipeline management
  8. Develop, Close and Manage a pipeline of new business opportunities to support and assist the operational region
  9. Development of newly identified revenue by creation of an Account Development Plan and Opportunity Sales Plan in conjunction with the Regional Operations and Head of Business Development.
  10. Develop relationships throughout the client's business to maintain customer focus and collaborative approach in delivery of client needs
  11. Develop strong internal relationships with the regional operational teams and manage the internal sales process and authorisation procedures
  12. Introduce other business divisions/teams into accounts to support Contracting led opportunities and as appropriate for opportunities where there is cross Enterprise opportunity
  13. Other tasks as required and commensurate with the role


  • Hard Services or Utilities/Energy industry knowledge
  • Essential Functional / Technical Skills

    • Demonstrate an understanding of M&E Contracting
    • Demonstrate an understanding of Building Engineering Services
    • Demonstrate an understanding of Energy Related Services
  • Ability to articulate themselves well
