Based out of Southampton, this Business Development Manager will be expected to source, grow and develop new and existing clients in the SME space. Primarily working on the road, the BDM will work closely with in-office support to set appointments and sell directly to owner / operators and senior staff.

Due to the size of the business, the amount of autonomy granted to the role and the market positioning of the product the Business Development Manager is in an enviable position to smash through their monthly, quarterly and annual targets. Primarily expected to be the face of the company in their region, the BDM will work closely with in-office support to book appointments and then attend to pitch the products and services. This role will attract a base salary of £30,000 plus car allowance with a highly competitive uncapped OTE available.
