Business Development Manager – £30k to £40k DOE, 1st Year OTE £45k to £55k

The Role

STL Training are looking for a motivated and driven Business Development Manager to join their buzzing sales team. This role will see you selling STL’s comprehensive range of training programmes and building B2B relationships at all levels. You will be an integral point of contact between the business and their key clients, managing the sales process from first call to closing. You will be using your charisma and communication skills to build lasting client relationships, expanding existing accounts and bringing on your own clients to further develop the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop incremental sales from established clients

The Person:

The key skills and qualifications of a Business Development Manager:

  • You will have 2+ years b2b solutions sales experience
  • The ability to drive and manage transactional sales on the telephone
  • A relevant degree (or equivalent experience)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Comfortable working individually and in a team
  • Experience in dealing with clients face to face
  • IT skills across CRM, office apps and social platforms
  • Formal sales training is desirable
