Our newest client is a VC backed software start-up currently operating in one of the most vibrant co-working spaces in London. They are looking for an aspirational Business Development Manager to work alongside the CEO to help develop and close a sales pipeline. You will be offering support in all areas from lead generation to deal negotiation, so if you have experience of the full sales cycle - preferably within the SaaS space - then this is an excellent opportunity to get on board with an organisation that is destined for exponential growth.
JOB TITLE: Business Development Manager
PACKAGE: £35k base, x2 OTE
Offer an enterprise SaaS solution to enhance employee referrals to fill vacancies.
Facilitates employee candidate recommendations & encourages this via gamification and incentives.
The product is currently being used by large corporates including Lloyd's Pharmacy.
Excellent opportunity to learn the ropes of an enterprise level sale.

You will need to have a successful track record in a 360 sales role previously.
Experience of selling enterprise SaaS would be a large bonus.
Must be familiar with a B2B style say - cold calling, email campaigns, negotiating & closing.
KPI driven & able to thrive in a target driven environment.

Working closely alongside & being directly mentored by an entrepreneurial CEO
Selling to HR Directors & Recruitment Leaders.
Working on deal sizes of around £25k and 6 month sales cycles.
