Client Details

Out client provides a unique SaaS solution to boost employee performance across the workforce. They are looking to add a National Business Development Manager to their team, ideally based in the North West.

Description

As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for selling a SaaS solution to prospective clients through an end-to-end sales cycle. The will include:

  • Research and market segmentation.
  • Phone based activity - prospecting, cold calling, booking meetings, follow ups.
  • Attending meetings and providing product demos.
  • Attending events and expo's where needed.
  • Acting on leads provided through the lead gen team.
  • Closing deals.
  • Effective on-boarding and account management of clients.

Profile

To be successful as Business Development Manager you will have:

  • 4 years+ in a consultative, solutions focused sales environment (ideally from a SaaS background).
  • A polished approach and ability to understand the needs of a prospect.
  • Confidence to close a deal.
  • Comfortable setting your own diary and managing your own pipeline.
  • A desire to work an end to end cycle, including phone based sales activity.
  • A hunger and desire to succeed.

Job Offer

£45,000 - £50,000 plus uncapped commission (realistic OTE £90,000 year one and £100,000 year two).
