The Role: The new Business Development Manager will be selling an employee assistance program, occupational health services and a confidential helpline to SMEs across every conceivable industry; you will be working in a business development capacity, speaking to business owners and directors with excellent support from their telemarketing departments and inbound leads. Excellent training and career prospects exist here.

For this Business Development Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
Field sales track record
You will have experience of networking and closing sales deals in a consultative manner
Candidates typically come from recruitment, events, marketing or card payments sales background
Resilient and proactive sales people with a strong business acumen
