This is a fantastic opportunity to join an international business with a number of established clients. As the Business Development Manager you will be responsible for maintaining existing revenue streams whilst also seeking out new business partnerships.

Client Details

A boutique confectionery brand with an international presence. They have established themselves in over 9 countries and are continuing to grow. They sell into a number of channels, including Retail, B2B, HORECA and through partnerships.


As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing a marketing plan and B2B sales promotion schedule (mailing, emailing, calls, meetings) including monitoring commercial relationships with our existing B2B clients.

  • Developing the portfolio by canvassing businesses as part of the B2B strategy defined by the company

  • Managing orders, producing quotations, monitoring invoicing and dispatch management

  • Work from their London office


As the Business Development Manager, you will:

  • Have strong communication skills
  • Sold via a number of channels, including Corporate, HORECA and/or Wholesale
  • The ability to form bonds with clients, understand/anticipate their needs and translate them into commercial proposals;
  • Excellent analytical skills;
  • The ability to work autonomously while maintaining transparent dialogue with line management at all times;
  • Flexibility: participation in external events (trade shows, corporate events), will travel regularly and also maintain regular contact with the different international branches.

Job Offer

£45,000 - £55,000 Basic Salary plus Bonus
