The Role: Based around their Gateshead branch, the successful Business Development Manager will be selling to industrial end users with responsibility for a major account in the automotive manufacturing sector. Dealing with existing accounts as well as prospecting for new business, you will be talking to production and maintenance engineers, stores people and buyers. An uncapped branch bonus awaits the new Business Development Manager here along with full product training.
The Company: With over forty years of successful trading behind them and a network of over twenty branches throughout the UK, this company is continuing to expand its sales force. They sell a quality range of industrial and electrical products including relays, drives, switchgear and PLCs, and are now looking to employ a Business Development Manager in the Gateshead area.
For this Business Development Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
Strong sales experience
You must come from a B2B sales background
Any experience selling into industrial end users or the automotive sector is a bonus
Switched on candidates will do well here
