Business Development Manager
The Role: Our client is an innovative supplier of security solutions which include Biometric Access Control, Security Supervision, Time/Attendance and Cardio Protection. They have in excess of 20000 Customers in 9 countries and are currently growing their UK market share. Their solutions are used by public and private sector organisations and are particularly well regarded by Schools, Colleges, Care Homes and Hospitals.
Your role will be to meet with Directors, Departmental Managers, Facilities Managers to sell a complete integrated solution to End Users.
The Candidate: You will be looking to develop your field sales career. Having proven yourself in a New Business role previously you will have strong consultative sales skills and looking to progress your career with a growing business that will train you and develop your existing sales skills. Drive, determination and excellent relationship building skills are all attributes that are key to the success of this role.
