Business Development Manager, Home-Based, £50,000 basic + Bonus + Fantastic Benefits.

Our client specialises in highly bespoke financial solutions with a particular focus on selling into and partnering with law firms. Whilst many industries have been heavily impacted by the pandemic, our client have continued to enjoy huge successes, and are now expanding their sales team as a result of this.

This is a consultative business development role and requires an individual who understands the complexities of developing long-term client relationships. Ideally, we are looking for a candidate who has some experience of selling into law firms but more importantly we are looking for strategic salesperson capable of building relationships with C-suite clients.

You will work closely with the wonderful sales manager and will provided with exceptional training. Honesty and integrity are essential ingredients to become successful within this organisation. The ability to develop relationships at senior level is essential and this role is ideal for an individual frustrated by a lack of career opportunities.

The Ideal Candidate

* Must have a proven track record in sales success ideally selling into the legal sector

* A graduate or of graduate-calibre

* Whilst this role is home-based, we are looking for someone who lives on patch with the ideal location being Manchester

* Will be an excellent communicator with a strong yet consultative sales approach

* Will have a hunter mentality but with a relationship builder approach

* Experienced in managing C-suite accounts and comfortable working with major logos

* Will take a creative approach to networking and will truly think outside the box
