Job Title: Business Development Executive / Sales Executive WFH

Location: Grays, Essex (Work from home)

Salary: £30,000 Basic - Year 1 OTE £60,000, Year 2 OTE £80,000

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

A bit about us:

We are a Solar Claims company helping homeowners that have been mis sold solar panels get £,000's in refunds and settlements. Our business has been unaffected by the current economic and social situation and we are busier than ever! The company has grown outstandingly over the last 12 months and we need people with the right stuff to keep it growing.

The Position:

We are looking for an outstanding salesperson that due to the current economic circumstance needs an alternative option to earn great money. You need to be a salesperson who has closed deals consistently over the phone or if you have done it face to face the ability and skill sets to do so now over the phone. You will be calling very warm leads that have been generated for you, to close clients on the fact that they wish to make a claim through SCUK. We work on a no win no fee basis so if you speak to the right person who has not already made a claim, it's a no brainer. Conversion rates are very high for the right person and they pay us only if we get them money so it's a really nice sale.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Calling warm leads and closing over the phone
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets on a weekly and monthly basis, including self- management of daily KPIs
  • Converting a minimum of 3 out of every 4 genuine leads you speak to
  • You need to be a closer so new business sales only no account managers the role is not for you and vice versa

Key Requirements:

  • 5 years experience working in new business sales
  • Strong communication skills
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Hard-working person that wants to be trusted and judged on their output not input
