Business Development Executive - Property Acquisition

As a Business Development Executive, your role will involve contacting potential clients by following up on inbound enquiries in order to validate potential sales for senior members of the team.

This is not a cold calling position so you will not be expected to generate your own leads.

Leads are generated via the organisations website and marketing activities.

The key responsibilities of this position are:

  • Contacting potential clients (who have already made an online application)
  • Understand customer circumstances/requirements over the phone and identify the need for a quick sale
  • Build up initial relationships with the customer
  • Update company software in order to keep organised
  • Achieve key business KPI's

Profile

Business Development Executive - Property Acquisition

The successful candidate will need to have the following:

  • Previous telephone based sales or customer services experience is essential
  • A strong ability to build rapport with customers/clients at all levels
  • Possess the energy and enthusiasm to work in fast paced / volume driven environment
  • A hard-working individual who will go above and beyond to achieve results
  • Be able to feedback to the business to help us to continue to improve customer experience

Job Offer

  • A basic salary of £25,000 plus commission (year one OTE circa £40,000)
