Business Development Executive - Business Services

Role Responsibilities:

  • The Business Development Executive is required to gain new business accounts through cold calling, face to face prospect meetings, telephone selling and networking. A key focus and responsibility of the role will be working on SME sized accounts with a value of up to £100k per annum.
  • You will be responsible for supporting the senior department members on new business sales opportunities over the £100k threshold wherever necessary.
  • You will be responsible for the aiding in the completion of all new business tenders/proposals and will work closely with all departments and business units to ensure all necessary reports and documents are completed accurately and on time.
  • The Business Development Executive will be expected to support the Director of Sales at all times as well as providing guidance and assistance to their fellow team members.

Profile

Business Development Executive - Business Services

The Successful Applicant:

  • You MUST be degree educated
  • Proven track record in a sales role of some degree
  • Not scared of hitting the phones
  • Confident in setting up meetings and driving meetings
  • Confident when meeting clients face to face
  • If you speak another language (French, Spanish, German, Dutch or Italian) that would be amazing!

Job Offer

A basic salary of between £23-28K depending on experience plus an excellent commission structure and company benefits.
