Business Development Executive

As Business Development Executive you will be liaising with UK based Recruitment Consultants, Senior Recruitment Company figures and temporary contractors selling a range of Umbrella Services.

Business Development Executive Responsibilities:

This role will involve identifying and pitching our client's organisation to key decision makers across an existing book of recruitment agency partners with the key objective of, but not limited to, gaining access to their Preferred Supplier List (PSL), growing the volume of contractors they place with our client whilst ensuring strong, commercially beneficial relationships are maintained.

There will also be a requirement for the successful candidate to be confident identifying and developing new business relationships across the recruitment agency market place in the UK This role is key to their ongoing growth and expansion and is targeted accordingly. Reporting directly into the Managing Director, you will need to be prepared to deliver consistently within a fast-paced sales environment and to build excellent client relationships to maximise revenue opportunities. With this comes the opportunity for professional development and uncapped sales commission.

Business Development Executive Requirements:

• Proven experience within Direct Sales and Business Development is essential
• Experience within the Payroll and (or) Recruitment Agency sector is desirable but not essential
• A hard working, dedicated individual who is self-motivated and where required, able to work autonomously
• Computer literate with excellent communication and inter-personal skills
• You must be enthusiastic and driven to deliver excellent customer outcomes
