This is a fantastic opportunity for a Business Development Executive to join a global, market leading services organisation, who are growing at a tremendous rate and are looking to add a number of heads to their existing team.

My client is a global services who have been established within the financial services industry for a number of years and are a recognised brand within their respective industry!

Description

The primary responsibility for the Business Development Executive will be to work with the internal marketing team and drive opportunity nationally within the SME market. Further responsibilities include:-

    • Building and managing your own sales pipeline, targeting UK companies with revenues less than £6 million turnover

    • Identifying SMEs who would benefit from one of the products/services provided by my client.

    • Having the commercial flair and financial acumen to understand the market and identify potential new clients

    • Identifying key decision makers and articulating the benefits of a specific solution using strong communication and objection handling skills

  • Effective time management to drive the end to end sales process including articulating the benefits, application process and progressing the company through the required stages

Profile

The successful Business Development Executive will:-

  • Preferably have at least 2 years sales experience with a track record in identifying and winning new business opportunities.
  • Be a self starter, enthusiastic, driven, entrepreneurial individual.
  • Have exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Be confident in speaking to owner-operators of small businesses.
  • Be reliant, resilient with a strong will to win and succeed!
  • Be able to travel the HQ in Brighton on a daily basis.
