 Brief Job Description:

My client is a major player in the integrated security, fire, communications and life safety systems sector. They design, install and maintain access control systems, CCTV, intruder detection, public address and voice alarm systems as well as complex voice and data network infrastructures.

The role of Business Development Executive is a field based sales position and will be responsible for developing business in the Midlands region.  You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business with end users and consultants across the Security, Life Safety and communications sectors and you will be able to achieve new business sales targets by obtaining strong conversion rates by phone and in person, maximising profitability across large and small contracts alike.

You will be of graduate calibre, possess excellent communication ability and have strong influencing and persuasion skills at all levels. You will have a proven B2B sales track record, preferably from a solution sales background within the Security, Life safety and Communications sector and possess the ability to identify profitable opportunities and deliver a solution based sales approach.  This is a great opportunity for a successful Midlands based field sales person who can drive sales in the region and develop their career in a highly successful organisation.
