The Role: This company are seeking a driven, dynamic and conscientious team player to join their market research media business. The business development executive will be brought in to win new business- selling business-to-business surveys to PR agencies. Prospecting key decision makers within these agencies, the successful business development executive will be experienced prospecting over the phone, organising several meetings on a monthly basis and looking to close those deals face-to-face. Some experience of the above is preferable but the company are passionate about providing the tools for success in industry standard on-the-job training. Benefitting from a close knit team, the business development executive will have the potential to earn up to £10k in commission. This role would be perfect for someone looking to capitalise on some junior sales knowledge and propel themselves into a vibrant, exciting new business career.

As Business Development Executive, your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with PR agencies & clients directly- gaining commitment
  • Retaining & growing the accounts that you bring on
  • Experience meeting & closing business facet-to-face

For this Business Development Executive position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Some sales experience (6-12 months)
  • Great organisational skills of paramount importance
  • Vibrant, driven, engaging personality essential for success
