JOB TITLE: Business Development Executive
PACKAGE: £30-35 base, £60k OTE, Pension, 25 days' holiday, healthcare, mobile phone, gym membership

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Experience of selling a payments solution/employee benefits / Fintech.
Well sales trained with the gravitas to speak at both director and C-level
This individual will buy into the team and be proud of the products that they sell
You must have a new business mindset to reach out and network into new organisations
An Employee benefit opt-in that allows workers to access a line of credit via its app.
New business sales - you must do everything from lead generation to signing up and on-boarding new clients.
However, with a growing brand, customer base and marketing team, this role is perfect for a well-honed new business person that wants to be more than just a number in a large business.
