Business Development Director - Business Services & Outsourcing
Location: London based
Salary: Circa £100,000 basic + bonus and benefits

Our client is an established Infrastructure and Service business that provides a range of built environment and property related services. They work with major and large-scale customers where their solution-based service offerings are procured through trust, technical solutions and competitive bidding processes. They are a recognised brand in their industry and are well established, making the initial engagement with potential customers that much more tangible.

They are now looking to differentiate themselves from competitors, by engaging with customers earlier in the pursuit process and be far more of a thought leadership provider. To do this they are looking to adopt business development strategies from other industries and markets.

You will have a track record in developing relationships with major and complex customers, working to find partnerships that really bring mutual benefit and long-term contracts. This is a business development role focused on creating early stage relationships and engagement, where new solutions can be discussed and prepared for further development by technical and solution teams. This role is about creating dialogue and trust at the early stage of a contracted relationship.

You will have a real appreciation and capability in demonstrating a focused track record of business development and relationship building, where your experience has been in developing commercial relationships in the BPO, Infrastructure, IOT, Real Estate or Professional Services markets.
