This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate who is looking for a new challenge and to work for a vibrant and forward thinking organisation and to join their Business Development Team at their head office based in central High Wycombe. This is a temporary contract initially with the view to become a permanent contract for the right candidate.

As a Business Development Coordinator you will be at the centre of new business development. Working within a small friendly team you will have your own region to maintain and also search for new schools to add to your client base. Through structured telemarketing, you will support the wider sales team from the moment a prospect is identified, right through to the launch of their expedition. You will also be required to manage adhoc projects as and when they arise so someone who can multi-task is essential. 

To be successful we need you to be interested in travel. Perhaps you have recently come back from travelling or saving up for a lift time adventure. As this role is mainly telephone based, you need to be confident, resilient and have good communication skills. We are looking for someone who loves to talk to people and is able to build strong and trusting relationships through knowledge of the brand and what World Challenge can do for them. The ability to work in a fast moving environment is also essential as well as being proficient in MS software packages.
