DESCRIPTION

Amazon Shipping is innovating in the Operations and Logistics space and looking for a driven, entrepreneurial, and analytical Business Development and Partnerships Manager.

You are the ideal candidate if:
· You are excited by partnering in launching a new start-up
· Have familiarity with leading B2B tech and product partnerships
· Want to think big and solve complex product and tech problems via partnerships
· You are a self-starter, and can juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often highly ambiguous environment
· You have experience liaising and influencing multiple internal and external stakeholders, developing relationships across functional areas such as Operations, Finance, Legal, Tech, Sales
· You are able to communicate with senior leaders in a clear, concise and structured manner - particularly in written form
· You can easily shift from strategic thinking to rolling up your sleeves and executing, in order to deliver result
Role Responsibilities:
· Grow existing strategic tech partnerships and identify areas for improvement by working closely with Tech, Sales and Shipper Experience
· Identify, on-board and manage new partners to meet our aggressive demand targets
· Design and produce materials to educate our shippers on our key tech partners
· Negotiate partnerships contract, including revenue share and co-marketing opportunities
· Build and maintain strong relationship with our partners
· Develop strong ways of working with other functional leaders to achieve the broader business goals
· Drive adoption and market segment share for our product.
· Measure performance, articulate root-cause analysis, and link to specific improvement areas
· Inform our product roadmap by collecting insights from our partners
· Project manage tech integrations
This role will be based in London and with moderate travel (maximum 25%).

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, business, technology, or communications
· Excellent oral and written skills to communicate complex issues and influence others internally and externally
· Strong knowledge of the ecommerce marketplaces
· Desire to work in fast-paced, challenging environment
· Ability to prioritize and demonstrate relentless discipline in achieving goals
· Ability to Dive Deep and deal with large sets of data

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· 5+ years of relevant work experience within the ecommerce or logistics industry in fields such as sales, partnerships, product management, business development
· Experience with Carrier or Order Management Systems
