Business Development Account Manager, Business Services, £20,000 Basic + uncapped earning potential, circa £40,000 OTE (First year realistic and uncapped) + career progression opportunities, Northampton.

The company have grown through the COVID crisis and are looking to increase their telemarketing team. Unusually, previous industry experience is not required, but to be chosen for an interview, you must have a proven track record in a call focused or target driven environment.

We are simply looking for incredible sales talent that strives to be the best that they can be. They recruit on the basis that "We can teach skills, but we can't teach hunger" and therefore, if doing the bare minimum is your modus operandi, then best leave this application to someone else.

Successful members of the current sales team have backgrounds in industries such as: Estate Agency, Car Sales, Recruitment Consultancy, Professional business services, Car finance, Office Equipment sales, Telesales and telemarketing, Media and advertising sales. As you will see, these are all competitive industries and typically environments that have robust KPIs to meet but where the opportunity to earn and progress are great.

We are looking for candidates with:

* Entrepreneurial flair

* Ambition

* Negotiation skills and an aptitude for building rapport and trust

* A competitive spirit

* A desire to learn

* A desire to continuously improve and aspire for a better future.
