They are looking for an Business Account Manager to join them and be accountable for the delivery of budget sales margins and volumes on an individual basis within the B2B sales team.
Responsible for the sales and account management of a defined list of customers and third-party intermediaries, you will develop and maximise commercial opportunities and ensure a high level of service is provided at all times. Contributing towards the delivery of the team and sales department targets, you will negotiate gas and electricity supply contracts (new business and renewals and ensure the required renewal and hit rates are achieved.
With effective communication skills and a strong customer focus, you will have the ability to build and manage positive customer relationships and ideally have experience of sales techniques and optimisation. Results focused and with a high level of commercial acumen, you will be committed to a high standard of performance and have excellent negotiation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must, as is the ability to resolve complex issues.
A Degree or equivalent experience would be a distinct advantage, as would knowledge and experience of our industry.
