SIG are currently looking for a passionate and energetic sales person to undertake the role of Brand Manager for the Midlands area. This is a proactive role which will see you working closely alongside the branch management team to effectively manage an internal sales function.

What does the role involve?
The role of Brand Manager will be to manage the internal sales team and ensure growth of sales, margin and profitability within your brand. Candidates must be driven to achieve and able to lead others towards high performance levels across all KPI’s. As brand ambassador, you will be a lead figure within the branch for (BRAND) and will manage key stakeholders and suppliers that fall within your brand. If you are interested in this role you will be responsible growing the sales within the branch, creating a sales strategy within (BRAND) and will maximise sales opportunities alongside your team. Knowledge of pricing, rebate terms and the sector SIG operate in will be desirable.
In order to succeed in this role you will have ideally been exposed to all aspects of branch operations including sales, transport and stock control. As Brand Manager you will provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to your internal sales team. You will head up the sales strategy within your brand and work closely with other branches and their brands to maximise the strength of SIG as a whole.
If you have a flair for customer service, developing others and are looking for a stimulating and challenging role, this would be ideal! To apply, candidates should have a strong background in a sales environment, knowledge of how to manage others and a can-do attitude.
