Branch Manager - electrical wholesale
Elevation Sales are working with a growing entrepreneurial business that supplies electrical and heating products to the UK Market place.
The business has achieved over 40% growth in the B2C market place and are now investing in their B2B service proposition. To achieve this growth, they are looking for an Internal Trade Sales Manager who can help drive their sales strategy into the construction, trade, specifier and architect market.
As Trade Sales Manager you will be responsible for:
*Full ownership of managing both new and existing trade accounts customers, handling all aspects of quoting, negotiation and account management
*Working closely with the wider sales/marketing and product development team, seek out new potential trade customers - calling upon your vast experience of the best routes to market and approach to trade.
*Supervise, manage and help to recruit the group's trade sales agents that sell directly to electrical wholesalers and distributors throughout the UK.
*Take ownership of all inbound trade enquiries both over the telephone and email.
*When necessary, meet trade customers face to face either on site or at their premises.
*Report on all aspects of trade sales activity for the group and act as the driving force behind achieving the group's ambitious trade sales targets.
*Recent relevant sales experience to Architects, Contractors, Specifiers etc.
*Electrical wholesaler experience is an advantage
*Happy to work 90% Office Based
*Ability to provide strategic input into the best routes to market
*Ability to provide training, insight to field sales agents
