Book Keeper Part Time – Cambridge

£13 -£15 Per Hour

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to work 1 day a week (flexible on what day) for approximately 5 hours to handle the company invoicing, purchase ledger, sales ledger, and to prepare and submit VAT returns for two small businesses in South Cambridge.

This would ideally suit someone who already works as a bookkeeper locally or from home and who has plenty of experience in this field to support this growing business. We operate a small Limited Company as well as a Sole Trader account so the role is to look after all paperwork for both of these companies.

Must be highly organised, efficient in QuickBooks and have relevant qualifications to manage and prepare all of the company ledgers. The role involves liaising with our Accountant and clients to keep all accounts accurate and up to date so excellent communication skills and a bright personality are also essential.

Hourly pay negotiable for the candidate with the right experience (2 years minimum) and/or qualifications. This is not a work from home role so the successful applicant must be able to commute to our office in Duxford once a week.
