Bid Manager – Information Management

£55k Basic salary

Due to our continuing success, we are looking to recruit an experienced Bid Manager with extensive Bid Management experience to cover Central London.
This is a key role within our Bid Management team where you will be responsible for project managing tender responses to win prestigious accounts and manage the process all the way from initial request to contract delivery. You will provide valuable input into opportunity qualification, win strategies, commercial discussions and solution design. This will involve going to meetings with customers and representing the team on projects. You'll be responding to National and International tenders and preparing submissions as well as being involved in record keeping, accurate reporting and legal negotiation.
The successful applicant will be based within commuting distance of Central London. You will have a proven capability in delivering winning, multi-million pound product or complex services opportunities. Ideally, you will have a background in solutions and services with experience of bid campaign management from opportunity identification through to project delivery.
To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate at least two years' Bid Management experience in a Technology Sales environment within a bid team as a Tender or Bid Manager, working with minimal supervision. You will have high levels of literacy and numeracy and the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure. Excellent IT skills are required especially Microsoft packages – Word, Outlook, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
It would be useful to also have strong influencing skills, diplomacy and a good knowledge of spreadsheets and presentation software.
