Business Development Manager - Luxury Foods (FMCG) - £30-37K + 8K OTE
Candidate Location: London/Inside M25
The Role: Selling to independent retailers such as gift shops and tourist attractions as well as deli's, restaurants and bars across London and within the M25, the new Business Development Manager will be largely responsible for prospecting new business, also inheriting a portfolio of accounts. You will attend 6-8 meetings per day across with territory, selling a range of luxury fine foods to buyers, chefs and business owners.
The Company: Britain's leading fine foods distributor, our client turns over a comfortable £19M. Importing a selection of cheeses, olives, seafood, butters, oils & vinegar, they sell to specialist trade, securing prestigious invitations to judge a number of awards within the luxury food industry.
They have several offices across the UK, now looking for a BDM to join their 75 strong workforce due to growth. The ideal candidate with understand the industry and be a passionate foodie. You must be confident, creative and able to think outside the box!
