BDM - Construction Software (Sustainability) £40-45k + OTE

The Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for selling life cycle assessment software across the South of England. Selling a platform which calculates how sustainable materials are, you will target a wide range of engineering, construction and design companies, promoting green buildings! Depending on the size of the project, you will sell to mid-level and senior contacts. This role is 80% new business, order sizes range anywhere between £500-£50,000, you will be targeted on achieving a minimum of £17k per month. Our client is looking for an individual with a strong interest in environmental sustainability, who is self-motivated and has a background in technical or construction sales.

The Company: Specialising in developing and optimising the environmental performance of building and infrastructure, our client's mission is to continue to develop the environment through life cycle assessment tools. They deliver life cycle services into the construction, property development and facilities management sectors. Looking to expand in the UK with potential for growth high, this organisation is ready to provide an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, driven and good communicator with sales experience.

For this role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Must have technical or construction sales experience
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • Passionate about sustainability
  • Driving License
