The Role: This home based role will cover the South East and some parts of the Midlands. Selling a compliance management software to the education market specifically, you will target business and site managers across your territory. This new business role will involve attending education shows, converting marketing leads and prospecting new business, retaining all accounts won, maintaining and growing them. Attending 2-3 meetings per day, you will be a confident traveller with great diary management skills, from B2B sales background.

The Company: Our client has doubled in size in recent years, established 10 years ago and now turning over £7Million. Offering the education market a software solution that organise compliance, with apps featuring e-learning, risk and asset management, payroll, staff absence, contracts, policies, future project planning and incident reporting to name a few. An end to end tool with free trials, creating to help organisation run more effectively and efficiently! They are now looking for a field based sales person to join their 40+ workforce in the UK.

We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • B2B sales person - new business hunter
  • Field sales experience
  • Driving license

Benefits of this sales role:

  • Up to £35,000 basic salary, plus £15,000 commission - uncapped
  • £4,000 car allowance, 28p per mile, extra day holiday each year
