Our client are a leading higher education provider with a privately funded, self-administering institution of higher education.

You will be responsible for growing international student recruitment numbers through the people management of 50+ enrolment advisors and telephone based executives.

Our client are part of an extremely well known network of institutions, affiliates and partners that offer globally-respected courses and qualifications to students from all corners of the world.

Description

You will be responsible for growing international student recruitment numbers through the people management of 50+ enrolment advisors and telephone based executives.

Occasional travel to Germany will be required but day to day it will be your job to set and monitor KPI's, set up training frameworks and closely monitor, coach, lead and motivate your team of enrolment advisors constantly speaking with prospective students.

Profile

You will be a highly consultative sales manager, with extensive people management exposure and ideally a knowledge of the education space (although this is not essential).

Having worked in a contact centre as a manager or in some way looked after and managed 40-50+ telesales executives/telemarketers is an essential requirement as this role will be all about leading, motivating and coaching your team.

You will have direct reports under you but this is very much a hands on role. You are going to be required to set KPI's, run workshops and analyse training frameworks around how to improve performance so a strong understanding of metrics surrounding this and an eye for detail when it comes to conversion, scoring etc. is critical.

This role will suit you if you are a dynamic leader who loves coaching staff and mentoring salespeople.

If you can speak German in addition to the above then that would be amazing!
