B2B Sales Manager - £45-£60K salary (£60-£75K OTE)

Better Placed are delighted to be working exclusively with an exciting young lead generation business based with the financial services sector. Due to continuous growth and plans to develop their business model my client are now looking to take on board a Sales Manager to lead and drive new business and new clients alongside the development of a small Sales team.

The Company:

Formed only a few years ago by a highly experienced board of Directors with experience spanning across Lead Gen, Financial Services, and B2B Tech they have developed a business that now turns over £5million with ambitions to quadruple this over the next two years. Based in Leeds they offer a dynamic working environment with a focus on driving success and development through the team of 20. Having found a niche generating leads through targeted marketing they have already established multiple client relationships but now require a talented B2B salesman to grow this client base further.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting directly in to the Managing Director this role will manage an Account Manager focusing on the business's SME clients; alongside this you will oversee the B2C Sales team leader.

  • Bringing on board new B2B Clients
  • Develop growth through profitability of existing and new accounts
  • Develop and manage the performance for the Account manager and internal sales team
  • Ability to adapt to mix of needs for large high value clients and smaller SME clients

To be successful in this role you must have previous success within New Business B2B Sales, prior knowledge or experience across financial services would be beneficial but not essential. Previous management experience is essential for this role as it looks after a small sales team. Likewise you must have an ability to act and work within a dynamic environment as this business continuous to develop.
