JOB TITLE: B2B Sales Executive / Sales Advisor
SALARY & BENEFITS: £17,000 t0 £22,000 dependent on skills/experience per year with uncapped bonus (first year OTE's circa £25-£26k, second year £30k) plus numerous additional incentives throughout the year, full training & development opportunities and free on site parking
WORKING HOURS: Full Time – Monday to Friday 08:30am – 5:30pm (No Evenings or Weekends)

Our client now has exciting opportunities for B2B Sales Executive / Sales Advisor sales agents to join their growing and successful sales team here in Preston. Our client are one of 40 independently owned BT Partners that sell a range of BT products on behalf of BT.
This would suit experienced Sales agents but we would also love to hear from candidates who are enthusiastic with maybe little or no experience but who are looking to start a career in sales and feel with in depth training, could be proactive in generating new business and up selling to existing business.
Our client also has a proven track record of promoting in house / internally and recognising and rewarding talent, and you will receive thorough training and support from day 1.
THE ROLE: As a B2B Sales Executive / Sales Advisor you will be responsible for making outbound calls to identify business opportunities selling a wide range of BT products and services including Broadband, Mobiles and our competitive Calls and Lines packages. In addition you will identify and create opportunities for your field based colleagues who visit the customer base selling larger solutions including telephone systems, cloud based systems and Data solutions.
THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate for the B2B Sales Executive / Sales Advisor role must be a self motivated and enthusiastic person who can be resilient and confident in making outbound calls, as well as someone who has an excellent telephone manner. You should be well organised and have the ability to work on your own initiative without close supervision. Although not essential, previous experience in B2B (Business to Business) sales would be an advantage as would an understanding or experience within the telecoms market. Candidates who are confident in speaking with people, mature and who can be self motivated will excel within this position! In addition candidates will need to live within commutable distance to Preston, Lancashire (PR2)
Key Experience/ Characteristics preferred for the B2B Sales Executive / Sales Advisor role in Preston, Lancashire :-
- Self-motivated and competitive personality
- Confident and ability to make outbound calls
- Previous outbound sales experience would be beneficial
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to work on own initiative without close supervision
- Although not essential, an understanding of telecoms market or previous experience in B2B sales would be desirable
