Term: Full-time, Permanent.
Salary: £24,000 per Annum

Our client require a quality manager/business administrator to join their team in Waterbeach, Cambridgeshire.

As a Quality Manager/Business Administrator, you will be responsible for monitoring adherence to the Centre's quality and service standards. As such, you will require excellent interpersonal communication skills, to ensure that you interact and support the Management Team and other employees effectively. Additionally, you will be confident and competent at interacting with customers, to ensure that their needs and wants are understood and effectively managed.

In terms of business administration, this will be high level, widespread and varied, and by the request of the Centre's Head of Business. Reasonable competency with respect to administration, IT and numeracy will, therefore, be required. The ability to influence at all levels and inspire a quality culture across the business is essential.

A full driving license is essential.

Please note: you must have current and relevant experience as a business administrator or quality manager. Experience within the motor trade is desired but not essential.
