We’re looking for an exceptional Assistant Trading Manager to join our innovative .com team.
With a strong commercial awareness and proven ability to analyse figures and data, you will work closely with the Buying & Trading Manager to maximise divisional sales and trading operations. This will include implementing a clear merchandising strategy, driven by core retail KPIs and trading analytics, coordinating the visual display of divisional brands and products and continuously evaluating the online customer journey.
Drawing on your keen eye for detail and genuine interest in retail and product, you will gain solid knowledge and understanding of brand positioning, as well as seasonal product and trends in order to develop and monitor trend categories and content.
Proactive and analytical, you will regularly assess divisional web presentation, providing user experience and navigation suggestions based on competitor analysis, customer journey relevance and data analysis in Omniture.
As you will be managing and overseeing an Online Trading Administrator, you must possess excellent coaching and organisational capabilities. Strong communication skills are also essential as you will be expected to develop and maintain relationships with vendors, the shop floor team and the store Buying team, updating them on trade, OOS, brand launches and general Harrods.com activity.
The successful candidate will have Online Trading Administration experience, as well as experience working with stock management systems, business performance reporting and ecommerce merchandising tools.
