We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our fantastic team in our Cribbs Causeway showroom.

Responsibilities

·Assisting the Store Manager with day to day running of the showroom

·Leading by example within the sales team in terms of sales performance

·Sell our products in an informative and engaging manner - quickly establishing guest rapport and building relationships in a consultative and professional manner

·Listen to Customer’s needs and match them to the right products, resulting in increased sales

·Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating in depth knowledge of our extensive product range

·Responsible for promoting a positive attitude within the sales team, ensuring consistent experiences for our guests in line with sales training.

·Driving high levels of delivery from others and providing activities and guidance to achieve performance

·Manage showroom in Store Manager’s absence

What we look for

·Previous experience in a similar role and environment

·Proven track record of delivering success in a consultative selling environment

·Passionate about achieving high quality service

·Effective Leader who can lead by example

·Confident and clear communication skills

·Driven and motivated individuals who are eager to exceed sales targets and want to progress

·Exceptional people skills, able to engage with a varied demographic of guests

What we can offer you

·Basic salary highly competitive in the Industry

·Uncapped commission

·Benefits including staff discounts and Birthdays off

·OTE that is achievable in commission payments

·Induction, sales and ongoing training in our state of the art academies

·Opportunities to progress into management (if desired)

Working Hours

40 hours per week to include every Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays as standard
