What to expect
We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our Roast & Bake Cafe. Located just outside our store, adjacent our staff entrance, you will help maintaining extraordinary standards for all, customers and staff alike. Working closely with the Manager, you will coach your team to deliver the Harrods customer service experience and achieve sales targets. Meanwhile, you’ll keep a close eye on our competitors and constantly assess how we can improve.

To be successful you will be a masterful motivator, adapting your style to suit each team member. You will also need to be a true people person in order to build strong relationships with all stakeholders. When set-backs appear, you’ll stay positive, suggesting and implementing swift solutions. Most of all, you will need to have a lot of energy and sense of fun.
