What to expect
As an Assistant Manager in our Meat & Fish Food Hall Counters, you will be leading a team of butchers, fish mongers and other sales staff whilst ensuring the delivery of the Harrods customer service in one of our busiest halls. Inspiring team members to deliver exceptional sales and service, you will display excellent leadership skills, identifying and nurturing talent to encourage career development and employee satisfaction. Proactive and attentive, you will take ownership of your area, constantly monitoring sales and service results.
