We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Business Planning Manager within the Forensic Investigations team in London.

With a can do and will do attitude the job holder will assist the Business planning Managers in providing operational support to the Forensic Investigations team, Santander.

Utilising excellent customer service and communication skills the role holder will play a key role in supporting the development of the department’s profile and reputation within Santander UK.

As an Assistant Business Planning Manager, Forensic Investigations your main responsibilities will be

* Assist in the maintenance of operational records for the department,

* Assist in developing, maintaining and producing management information relevant to the effective day to day operations of the dept.,

* Provide support to Investigators, including arranging travel and accommodation and other ad hoc tasks on individual cases,

* Assist in the delivery of ad hoc department projects,

* Maintain records and manage reminders to ensure the team exceeds requirements for completion of mandatory tasks e.g. Mandatory Training and Time Sheets,

* Assist in the coordination of the team meetings and team training, and Managing the Head of FI’s diary

Minimum skills and experience required

* Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office applications,

* Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills,

* Effective communication skills (both verbal and written),

* Discretion and a good understanding of the need for confidentiality,

* Drive, motivation and a desire to meet objectives and apply agreed standards,

* Ability to use initiative, exercise sound judgement, including timely escalation of issues,

* A customer service outlook.

Salary is £25,000 - £30,000
