Area to be covered: M4 corridor (South West, South Wales across to Northern Home Counties, Norfolk & Suffolk)
Ideally based: Swindon, Gloucestershire & Oxford
Remuneration: £40,000-£45,000 + £10,000 bonus

The role of the Area Sales Manager – Precast Concrete will involve:
· Field sales role promoting our clients manufactured range of concrete products such as; block paving, precast walls & floors, columns & beams, concrete tanks, ready-mix concrete and associated products
· 80% of your time will be focused on selling to builders merchants & civil & drainage merchants such as; Keyline, Grafton, Burdens, Buildbase, Travis Perkins
· The remaining 20% of your time will be focused on stimulating demand / selling to main contractors, hard landscaping contractors, groundwork contractors, developers and architects
· Will inherit a territory current turning over circa £600k with extensive room to grow
· Will inherit 7 large merchants accounts however will be expected to generate new business relationships
· Reporting directly to General Manager
The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager – Precast Concrete with:
· Must have extensive experience selling to builders merchants
· Ideally sold related concrete / heavyside building products such as; block paving, precast walls & floors, columns & beams, concrete tanks, bricks, hard landscaping products, ready-mix concrete and associated products
· Ideally have sold to main contractors, hard landscaping contractors, groundwork contractors and fulfilled through merchants
· Prior experience of selling direct to site would be an advantage
· Ideally have strong relationships / black book on contact with builder merchants such as; Keyline, Grafton, Burdens, Buildbase and Travis Perkins etc
· Hard working mentality
· Able to hit the ground running
