The Role: With a focus predominantly on account management and incoming enquiries, this Area Sales Manager will be dealing with customers in sectors including local authorities, sub-contractors, education, leisure, manufacturing / industry and the NHS. Speaking to buyers, project managers and directors, you will present and consult on the hire and sales of their modular accommodation product solutions. Full company and product training will be provided to the new Area Sales Manager for the North West region.

The Company: With forty years of expertise behind them and a £20 million pa sales turnover, our client is now looking to expand their 250-strong workforce. They manufacture relocatable buildings and modular accommodation and operate on both a hire and sales basis.

For this Area Sales Manager role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Strong field sales skills
  • You will have sold a construction product/service to Local Authorities, Contractors or End Users
  • Those with a positive attitude, and have a high attention to detail


Benefits of this Area Sales Manager role:

  • £35,000 - £40,000 Base Salary
