This rapidly growing company are looking to recruit for a high performing sales professional to drive their surgical business forward across the South West. With an attractive package on offer and a high quality product to take to market this is a superb opportunity for someone to make a real impact on this area.

THE ROLE: As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling a wide range of surgical equipment into hospitals across the South West of the UK. The role is a good mixture of new business and account management and will see you selling to Theatre Staff including Surgeons, ODP's and Nurses as well as dealing with procurement teams.

THE PERSON: To be considered for this role you will have a strong background in medical sales, preferably within the theatre arena although this is not essential. You must have the confidence and attitude to generate new business as well high level account management skills.

THE COMPANY: Established for over 40 years this company hold a strong position within the market and are now in the process of driving the business forward. They have a healthy training and development budget which they use to maximise the potential of all employees.

THE PACKAGE FOR REGIONAL SALES MANAGER:

  • Basic: £35,000 - £40,000
  • Bonus: +£20k
  • Car: Executive Car
