Remuneration: £40,000 - £45,000 (depending on exp) + uncapped commission circa £13,000

The role of the Area Sales Manager – Kitchen & Bathroom Components will involve:
· Field sales position selling a high end range of kitchen products and components such as kitchen doors, kitchen accessories, kitchen lighting, door handles, door hinges, kitchen wirework, cabinets
· All of your time will be spent selling into retailers, trade and distribution
· Managing an average order values of between £500-£5k
· Taking over a successful territory looking to grow turnover year on year
· Will inherit a number of accounts on the territory, however will be looking to generate a lot of new business
The ideal applicant will be a Area Sales Manager – Kitchen & Bathroom Components with:
· Must have 3-5 years field sales experience (will consider outside of the construction industry)
· Ideally have key account experience
· Ideally have a demonstrable record in field sales within the KBB industry selling via retailers, trade and distribution (not essential)
· Ideally have experience selling a similar product such as cabinets, door handles, cabinet handles, kitchen wirework, storage accessories and doors
· A professional approach who will look to build long-term relationships that will generate profit for the business
· Hunger to generate new business and grow the company
· Someone who is looking to enhance and build a career
