Job Title: Area Sales Manager – HVAC Products

Area to be covered: South of England

Remuneration: £40,000 + £10,000 uncapped commission

The role of the Area Sales Manager – HVAC Products will involve:

·         Field sales position, selling a comprehensive range of manufactured heating systems & ventilation products such as ventilation units, heat recovery systems, extractors fans and ducting products

·         All of your time will be spent managing franchisee accounts, looking at increasing brand awareness and sales profit for the domestic market sector

·         Managing 16 Franchisees in 27 geographical franchise areas, currently turning over £1.3m and looking to grow this year on year

·         Taking over a territory currently hitting target with huge scope to grow

·         Typical order value range of between £1k - £50k

·         Supply franchisees with training and assistance where needed

·         Will be required to conduct CPD seminars and attend trade shows

·         Management and upkeep of the company CRM system

The ideal applicant will be Area Sales Manager – HVAC Products with:

·         Must have previous construction field sales experience in the franchise market sector (would consider somebody with a strong distribution, merchant, wholesale, retail electrical wholesale OR contractor, architect relationships)

Must have leadership or man management experience (would consider somebody that has mentored a small team)

·         Ideally have experience / knowledge of technical related HVAC products such as ventilation systems, ducting products, extractor fans, heat recovery units and chillers

·         Strong negotiation and presentation skills

·         Hungry and passionate about sales

·         IT literate, target driven, motivated and hungry to succeed

·         Self-starter and able to work autonomously
