Job Title: Area Sales Manager – Flue Systems

Area to be covered: Scotland                                       

Remuneration: £30,000 - £35,000neg + 2% of all sales uncapped commission   

Benefits: company car OR £450 car allowance & comprehensive benefits package

The role of the Area Sales Manager – Flue Systems will involve:

·         Field sales position selling a high quality manufactured range of flue systems and venting solutions

·         Majority of your time will be spent selling to M&E contractors, main contractors, sub-contractors, installers and end users

·         The remaining portion of your time will be spent generating specifications / selling to M&E consultants, architects and specifiers

·         100% focus will be on commercial projects such as: school, hospitals, large commercial buildings, brewery’s, universities, train stations etc

·         Inheriting a well-established territory currently turning over £800k, with the capability of doing £1m+

·         Typical order values will be £10k-20k

·         Initially the majority of your time will be focused on managing existing accounts, with the remaining smaller portion on developing new business relationships

The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager – Flue Systems with:

·         Must have construction field sales experience selling a heating & ventilation (HVAC) related product such as; flues, chimney systems, boilers, CHP, heating systems, piping systems etc

·         Must have experience selling to M&E contractors, main contractors, sub-contractors, installers, heating contractors and end users

·         Ideally have dealt with specification sales via M&E consultants, architects and specifiers

·         Ideally have on site experience will the ability to draw up quotations

·         Genuine ‘get up and go’ work ethic

·         Hit the ground running

·         Results orientated, hungry and enthusiastic
