Due to internal movement, our client now requires a Area Sales Manager to join immediately and manage their recognised product portfolio within their most prestigious accounts.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Field Sales the Area Sales Manager (ASM) will be responsible for sales operational objectives for the domestic appliances channel across West Yorkshire, East Midlands & East Anglia.
The ASM will be tasked with maintaining and the expanding an existing customer base by building rapport with key contacts; identifying new customer opportunities. As the region evolves the ASM will be required to contribute sales information to improve the growth of the territory.
The Person
The selected person will be naturally polished and articulate; you will be able to demonstrate a track record of building highly effective and successful relationships, ideally within a similar channel. You will also understand how to maximise your business not only through your direct activity but via pull through execution strategies. You will be ideally located in the East of England with good accessibility to major motorways.
