Area Sales Manager - Scotland - Automotive Lubricants £38-40k + £15k OTE
The Role: Area Sales Manager selling their full range of automotive lubricants e.g. engine oils, gear oil and steering fluid etc. into multiple automotive sectors including; commercial vehicles, haulage companies, distribution companies, agricultural dealers and construction/plant companies. This role is predominately new business focused, selling into both big blue chips and SME's. As you would expect, with such a varied route to market the contact level varies from engineers, to procurement managers to owners/MDs. Covering Scotland, this is a home-based external sales role.
THE COMPANY: This major force in the lubricant's marketplace is expanding due to recent successes and now requires an additional Industrial Sales Specialist. They manufacture a full range of industrial lubricants for the automotive applications. What market sector you target depends on your own specialisms, in a new role which gives a huge amount of autonomy, dealing at a senior level and developing £multi-million accounts. As they continue to grow so will your sales career options increase.
