This employer is the UK's leading E-Cigarette Specialist retail business on the high street. With over 150 stores across the UK, they are currently recruiting for a customer service driven, commercial, Area Manager to lead, develop and mentor a group of their retail stores within the England South East area.

You will be responsible for up to 30+ employees, providing leadership, customer service and sales training, alongside motivating and working side by side with your teams, to promote and deliver best in class customer service and developing and growing your teams, to exceed sales targets and Customer Service KPIs, with the ultimate goal of ensuring that their customers are front of mind at all times.

Visiting your stores regularly, training, developing and working with and alongside your Store Managers on the floor, Supporting your Store Managers to recruit, develop and grow the staff, Mentoring your Store Managers and the staff on their store's performance, Reviewing and managing weekly and monthly rotas to agreed staffing budgets, Helping your store managers problem-solve and address any issues they escalate to you identifying opportunities to increase sales, provide better customer service and ultimately ensure every customer leaves the store with more knowledge than they came in

Considerable experience leading, motivating, training and developing a team, across multiple sites, Willingness to roll your sleeves up and lead from the front, working on the shop floor to deliver best in class customer service and educate their customers, The ability to analyse reports and put the necessary actions in place from the information and knowledge gained, A confident, decisive communication style to drive your team, The willingness to learn, be hands-on and take the lead on strategy and planning for your area.

You must hold a full, clean driving license and be flexible in your approach to work.
